Each year we have a ceremony honoring those who we have lost. At our Memory Day ceremony, love one’s are invited to come place a leaf on The Memory Tree. We at the Support Network are a family. We are privileged that you share your life and the hardships of caregiving with us. We are honored that you share your loss and grief with us.
We invite all of you to help us build this virtual tribute. You can send a written statement, photos, or even videos to firstname.lastname@example.org. For everyone who wishes to participate, we will provide a link from your leaf to your tribute.
