**Self-Care for Caregivers Using the 12 Steps: Every Friday at 9:30-11:00 (New Time)**
This new weekly support group is based on the book “Self-Care for Caregivers: A 12 Step Approach”. As care partners we struggle to meet both our loved one’s needs and still find time and resources for ourselves. Using the 12 Steps as a guide, this group will focus on topics such as Lack of Social Life, Guilt and Shame, Old Grudges, Anger, Chronic Grief, Resentments, Yearnings for the Way Things Were, Depression, Jealousy, Embarrassment and Denial. This group is for anyone who seriously wants to practice the 12 Steps. Previous experience with the 12 Steps is not needed. Jack Johnston, Kay Schlecht, and Marianne Troy will facilitate this group.

This group is for men and women dealing with all the issues surrounding the care of a parent or relative. The group is a great source of support, provides a nurturing environment and a place to obtain resources needed. No Club Room service during these meetings.Find out more »
